On the 2nd of August I purchased 4 items from the Members Dashboard. I am yet to receive the items or after filling out 2 Contact Us Forms and trying to contact you via Instagram about the orders all in August. I have not heard anything from you. These items were gifts that I can no longer give due to the person moving away. I would like the money I spent on delivery to refunded. A few months ago I thought about cancelling the subscription with you but kept it as I really like your products however your customer service has been appalling and I think I will be cancelling my subscription with you. I understand there may be some delay in getting back to me but it feels like I’m being ignored
