Our standard shipping times are 7-14 days to US/CANADA, EUROPE. if you live outside these areas, please consider waiting a few more days. 
Regarding the monthly subscription boxes, they are always sent at the end of the month (regardless of when you ordered them).

You cannot change the shipping address for an order you have already placed (even if it has not yet been sent). 
However, you can ask to change the address for future orders. To do so, we invite you to contact our support team here.
